Position Profile


Weaver seeks a Healthcare Audit Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working on health care audits and building relationships in the healthcare industry.  This individual will work closely with firm leadership in working with our existing team and clients, as well as playing a key role in business development to grow Weaver’s Healthcare practice.  The ideal candidate is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of healthcare audits while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates.


To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • CPA

  • 5 + years of public accounting experience or its equivalent in the healthcare industry

  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills


Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:



  • Master’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff

  • Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills

  • Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates
