Coating Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Coating Machine Operators for projects located in and around Wausau, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $21/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Coating Machine Operator eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Set up and Operate a Coating Printing Machine to Produce Print on Label Rolls
• Monitor Meters, Gauges, Valves, Flow Ratios, Temperatures, Pressures, and Related Controls
• Ensure Adherence to Production Process Specifications
• Maintain Production Records, and Logs of Equipment and Product Performance
• Adjust, Set up, and Process Operations
• Follow Coating Formulas to Weigh and Prepare Coating
• Set and Adjust Speed Temperature Ink Flow and Positions and Pressure Tolerance of Equipment
• Examine Job Orders to Determine Details such as Quantities to be Printed, Production Times, Stock Specifications, Color Sequences, and Anilox (BCM) Billion Cubic Microns
• Select and Install Printing Plates, Rollers, Feed Guides, Gauges, Screens, Stencils, Dies, and Cylinders in Machines according to Specifications using Hand Tools
• Monitor Feeding, Printing, Coating, and Racking Processes of Presses to Maintain Specified Operating Levels and to Detect Malfunctions, making Adjustments as Necessary
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Operating a Coating Printing Machine
  • Able to Follow Standing Operating Procedures and Specifications or Instructions of Higher Level Technical Personnel
