As a Construction Manager in the Downstream Oil and Gas industry, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to refining and petrochemical facilities. Your responsibilities will include project planning, budget management, and ensuring that construction activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. By leveraging your construction management expertise, you will help us complete projects efficiently while adhering to industry best practices.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, including new installations, modifications, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Supervise construction crews, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the downstream oil and gas industry or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with refinery and petrochemical construction processes and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in industrial construction.
  • Ability to travel and work in various project locations as needed.
