CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the Unites States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the Unites States.
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at Electrolit. You will report to the Content Marketing Manager and help produce engaging content for all our digital platforms. We seek a creative individual with a strong eye for detail and an understanding of current trends to compellingly tell our brand story. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality content, including video, photo, and written materials. You will collaborate with our marketing teams to transform event experiences and brand collaborations into captivating stories. Strong editing skills and social media expertise are essential.
Principal Duties
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to execute the content strategy and achieve campaign goals.
- Ensure timely and consistent content distribution across all owned channels.
- Produce high-quality, engaging written and visual content for social media, email, website, and SMS platforms.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
- Utilize strong editing skills for video and photo content.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization.
- Generate regular reports on content performance and insights.
- Partner with field marketing, partnership marketing, and trade marketing teams to develop content that supports campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with design, product, and customer service teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and customer needs.
- Coordinate with external freelancers as needed to support content production.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify content opportunities and audience interests.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Proficiency in creating engaging content formats (blog posts, social media copy, video scripts, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, website, SMS) and their metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze content performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas.
- Knowledge of design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of Video and Photo editing software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

- Travel up to 50%
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
