We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Manufacturing to take the helm of our manufacturing operations! In this pivotal role, you’ll champion continuous improvement initiatives, unlock working capital efficiencies, and continue to propel our organization to operational excellence. With a focus on optimizing the service and production of pressure management and process valves, you will ensure our operations consistently deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the demands of our customers and drive our market leadership. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the overall manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Drive strategic business and financial operations across key functions, ensuring sound budgeting, accurate forecasting, and effective profit and loss (P&L) management to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute programs, projects, goals, and metrics that elevate operational performance while optimizing working capital.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on manufacturing objectives.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Drive results in revenue growth, market share, and operational performance, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Navigate through ambiguity and lead the organization effectively during periods of change and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, optimizing workforce and working capital.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and complex operations successfully.
