This position develops, dispatches, monitors, maintains and updates labor schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.

Key elements for this position:

  • Develop and maintain schedules and associated documentation
  • Assess possible impacts to the schedule and monitor schedule deviations. Assist in the developing of alternate methods for corrective action.
  • Communicate with field crews both employee installers and sub-contractors and give schedules to each of them.
  • Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
  • Performs and assists with a variety of clerical duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ prior labor scheduling experience preferred.
  • Familiar with the administrative processing in residential and commercial construction preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Detail-orientated, with excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work well in a team, multitask, and strong prioritizing skills.
  • Must possess strong computer skills with an advanced knowledge MS Office Suite and have a great aptitude to quickly learn new programs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform job tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision and high level of integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Comply with departmental scheduling practices and procedures.
  • A team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Professional appearance.
