The Electrical Engineer is responsible for driving external and internal customer satisfaction,  supporting business growth through excellent service and strategic planning. This role requires technical expertise, market knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively address  needs and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Component Management: Work with electrical expansion valves, electronic water pumps, pressure transducers, pressure sensors, and gas modulating valves to enhance heating and cooling systems.

  • Component Verification: Utilize Sanhua tools for verifying and monitoring specifications of electronic components, focusing on airflow and superheat measurements.
  • PCB Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the China design team on PCB designs for electrical control units, including controllers, fan drives, EU drives, and defrost boards.
  • Validation and Performance Evaluation: Work with the China design validation team using MATLAB and Altium tools to evaluate the functionality and performance of PCB boards.
  • Automation Development: Use Python to develop automation functions that improve the efficiency of scanning and packing processes on the production line for electronic components.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding product designs through tools like CATIA and Fusion 360.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering plus six months of work experience in related field.
  • Proficient use of CATIA and Fusion 360
  • Skills:
    • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Communication: Proficient in conveying information and supporting interactions between internal teams and clients.
    • Problem-solving: Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
