Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on small and middle market accounts in benefits. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Quoting new and renewal business
  • Managing small and middle market accounts
  • Utilizing Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office for daily tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • L&H license required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Day-to-day

The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business, quoting new and renewal business, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a mix of in-office and remote work, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
