Huntsman is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety Manufacturing Excellence and Engineering Global Audit Coordinator supporting the EHS and Manufacturing Excellence and Engineering Division located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Sustainability and EHS Governance.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CSP, or CIH are preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS auditing or compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional context.
Experience working with regulatory agencies and external consultants is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in audit management software and data tracking tools.
Advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant chemical industry regulations).
Attention to Detail: Ensures thoroughness and accuracy in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve audit objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Aligns audit activities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Communication: Clearly articulates audit findings, expectations, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Integrity: Demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance in all audit activities.
Internal: Regular interaction with manufacturing site leadership, Regional EHS Directors, Global Safety and Environmental Leaders, and Corporate Compliance teams. Collaborates with IT and other functions to ensure the effectiveness of audit tracking systems.
External: Coordinates with external audit consultants, regulatory agencies, and industry associations as needed.
Global Scope: Requires coordination of audits across multiple regions, adapting to diverse regulatory environments and cultural contexts.
Travel: Periodic travel to manufacturing sites and regional offices to support audit activities and stakeholder engagement.
Dynamic Environment: Must stay current with evolving regulations and industry trends to ensure audit processes remain effective and compliant.
