Primary Role
The Evosite Sales Representative is the primary interface between customers and the company with the primary role of selling projects and managing the customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop expertise in the control room market.
· Prospect to find new control room projects.
· Maintain relationships with core customers.
· Manage business in the assigned region using SalesForce CRM system.
· Create and nurture partner relationships to network within the industry.
Other Duties
· Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time.
· Occasional trade show participation may be required.
Relationships
· Colleagues within the Sales Team.
· Evosite Engineering Team and members of Evosite Leadership Team.
Goals
· Meet quota as defined by management.
· Maintain margins on all projects.
· Establish a business network of industry partners and influencers to help develop new business and foster the company’s influence.
Education and other Qualifications
· Experience selling capital equipment, ideally in one of Evosite’s core vertical target markets.
· A college degree is preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of the assigned sales territory.
· Demonstrated competency in using technology as part of the sales process.
· Demonstrated track record of quota attainment.
