What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required, MBA desirable.

  • 3+ years minimum work experience in planning, evaluation, and financial analysis 

  • Retail financial experience is preferred; retail logistics/distribution reporting and analysis experience strongly preferred.

  • Financial statement (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement) modeling and analysis experience

  • Work experience and proficiency with financial and forecasting/budget software applications required; Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Strategic Finance experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

  • Ability to translate complex business/financial situations and questions into simple and clear conclusions.

  • Possess an understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and analytical tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with Corporate Executives, Business Management, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • High level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where self-motivation and initiative are critical to success.

  • Structured, disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands



  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.

  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.

  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location

The starting salary for this position is $54,500 – $90,900 and may increase to $113,700 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

About the Job


We currently have an exciting opportunity for Financial Analyst – Supply Chain to join our Tailored Brands Financial Planning & Analysis team. This individual will be responsible for supporting retail distribution and ecommerce warehouse operations by partnering with various teams and providing financial analysis, accurate forecasts, and insightful information to help management drive positive business results. The Financial Analyst will also provide Senior Management with conceptual, economic, and business analysis necessary to make strategic business decisions with respect to the company’s business portfolio. 


What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities



  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts/budget for retail distribution and ecommerce warehouse operations for all business entities in a timely manner.

  • Support retail distribution and ecommerce warehouse operations through management reports that contain critical KPI’s necessary to evaluate the business.

  • Identify business functional drivers and develop methodologies to support in-depth analysis and decision-making.

  • Support retail distribution, ecommerce warehouse operations and executive management with special analysis and ad hoc reporting.

  • Actively participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with retail distribution and other supply chain management to review and evaluate performance.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic insight to cross-functional teams.

  • Research and provide explanations for month-end variances vs. current forecast, financial plan, and prior year results for several P&L line items.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology/systems to automate manual reporting and compilation processes.

  • Assist with presentations and other communication materials for executive management and Board of Directors meetings.

  • Maintain the supply chain hierarchy in Hyperion Essbase by collaborating with our Business Intelligence (BI) team.

  • Additional duties as assigned.
