Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer at BGE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our creative endeavors across various mediums, including digital, print, internal communications, social media, proposal development, video production, and more. Your ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and bring visual storytelling to life through graphic design will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts to effectively communicate engineering concepts and ideas.
• Produce eye-catching visuals for digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, web pages, social media posts, presentations, and proposals and SOQs.
• Develop and enhance visual elements such as maps, icons, infographics, and charts to convey technical information.
• Assist in the maintenance of the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
• Help to manage and organize a library of photography and assets in our internal database.
• Ensure that all design projects are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by the company.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) as well as the ability to work in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Experience with WordPress and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, accept feedback, and make revisions accordingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio that showcases your creative and design skills.
• Familiarity with engineering or technical concepts is a plus.
