Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire
Location: Houston, TX 
Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available)
Hours: 40 per week


Job Overview:
We are hiring industrial electricians for direct hire positions at our corrugator plants in Houston. This role involves working in an industrial papermill environment, which includes hot conditions and requires experience with electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a papermill/manufacturing environment
• Work with medium and high voltage systems (480V+) and AC/DC motors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and ladder logic
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track and document maintenance tasks
• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ensure all work meets the National Electric Code (NEC) and plant safety regulations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military setting
• Strong understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Experience working with AC/DC motors, medium/high voltage systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and ladder logic
• Familiarity with CMMS or similar computerized maintenance tracking systems
