Job Duties:
Cold Call VP Level Financial Advisors across the nation, to see if they’re interested in speaking with our clients about changing firms
All Cold Call lists and Training shall be provided by Encore Search Partners
Overcome objections from Financial Advisors, with the intent of turning a No into a Yes
Make 180 outbound Cold Calls per day
Generate 4 Qualified leads per week

No previous Recruiting or Financial industry experience required
