Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Engage leads and educate the value proposition brought by National Seating and Mobility's full mobility solutions.
Accountable for developing relationships with key decision makers of referral sources.
Accountable for educating referrals on documentation needs for payer coverage.
Build internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within the area the employee covers.
Report appropriate metrics to Regional Area Directors and Clinical Business Directors.
Responsible for growth initiatives pertaining to the employee's area of coverage and where applicable including but not limited to- complex rehabilitation, DME, supplies and accessibility.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
Experience within the DME, Pharmaceutical, CRT or related medical field.
Peer to Peer sales experience along with strategic sales management planning.
Understanding of Medicare documentation.
Presentation preparation and delivery skills.
Local daily and regional travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Works.
High communication proficiency.
Valid driver’s license.
