Role
The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for ensuring product design consistency and quality, improving manufacturing processes, conducting necessary training for manufacturing associates, and liaising between the shop floor manufacturing and design engineering teams.

Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain Production Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Create manufacturing routings and work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct training for manufacturing associates on process improvements and use of new tools.
- Develop time standards for manufacturing processes.
- Design tools and fixtures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) dispositions and costs, and Material Review Board (MRB) area.
- Initiate and complete engineering document changes (redlines) and ensure proper documentation for revision changes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with product and ensure ease of manufacturability for new product designs.
- Coordinate the implementation of manufacturing process improvements.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
