About the Role:


As our Marketing and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our firm's marketing and business development strategies. This highly visible, hands-on position offers close collaboration with senior leaders, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to revenue-generating initiatives, deepen client relationships, and support our attorneys in their marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing



  • Craft compelling pitch materials, brochures, presentations, newsletters, website content, and other marketing collateral that highlight our firm's value and client benefits.

  • Develop and support impactful event presentations.

  • Create and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, including social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with attorneys to drive new business, expand existing relationships, and generate demand.

  • Produce and manage webinars and other marketing-oriented events.

  • Recommend, direct, and support traditional marketing activities to position the firm for success with desired clients.

Business Development



  • Conduct client research to support business development efforts.

  • Set priorities, manage projects, delegate tasks, and mentor team members effectively.

  • Regularly review and consult with attorneys to ensure their bios, practice descriptions, and mailing lists are current.

  • Act as a catalyst, encouraging and supporting attorneys to engage clients, sell, and cross-sell firm services.

  • Stay informed about industry, legal, and business trends to identify new business development and promotional opportunities.

  • Perform other duties as needed to achieve firm goals and objectives.
