Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the use of the Freudenberg corporate brand standards including marketing materials, stationery and templates
- Execute marketing initiatives to ensure all content is aligned with the overarching marketing strategy
- Own website copywriting, proofing, and updating page content as needed, providing regular review and maintenance of the company’s CMS and CRM platform, HubSpot
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts on the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
- Monitor the quality of all marketing- and sales-qualified contacts in HubSpot CRM
- Write, edit, and produce engaging digital and print content, including in-house-produced videos and creative layouts for use on the company website, presentation brochures, exhibit booth and other external-facing content
- Work with SBU leads and Product Engineers to edit white papers and develop case studies and other content to support product development and new product releases
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform housing sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current
- Maintain the current structure and visual user experience of CSS Connect, the company’s multi-department SharePoint area.
- Plan, organize, and represent the company at tradeshows and other events; work with outside vendors and be on site to manage booth set up and tear down
- Collaborate with SMEs to draft and publish articles for the FFLTECH.com News page
- Support internal communication initiatives by creating quarterly newsletters and internal announcements
- Promote Freudenberg e2 community outreach initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and prioritize work to remain ahead of schedule
- Support Sales and Executive staff with presentation support as needed
Qualifications:

· Proficient in Graphic Design and simple animation use of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects for digital and video content development
· Proficient using MSFT O365 applications: Forms, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
· Experience with SharePoint and MSFT Teams area development and maintenance
· Excellent, proactive communication skills, both written and oral
· Ability to multi-task to work in a fast-paced work environment as a team player and consistently maintain a professional demeanor
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associates/Bachelor’s degree
· 2-5 years prior digital marketing experience or trade show experience
· 1-2 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Communications
· Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Energy a plus but not required
· Additional MSFT O365 application experience such as Sway, Stream, Power Automate
· Experience creating and administering internal and customer surveys
· Experience with Premiere Pro
· Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms such as AirTable
