Nurse Manager - Pre-Op/PACU/PAT

Townsen Memorial Hospital is looking to hire a RN Nurse Manager for our facility in Humble, TX! The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Ensures efficient patient throughput and delivery of high quality, patient-centered care through volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning
• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost
• Ensures equipment maintenance is performed regularly and according to regulatory and/or accreditation standards
• Fosters a culture that inspires commitment to the vision/mission/values of the organization
• Identifies and provides development opportunities or training needs of individual employees and teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years in a leadership role in a surgical setting (e.g. charge nurse/board runner) (required)
• Registered Nurse in the State of Texas (required)
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
