Core Supply in Houston, TX is looking for an entry-level Office Administrator who will be responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for various departments to support the achievement of production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure necessary paperwork and reports are completed and updated based on established timelines.
  • Maintain communication with departments.
  • Adhere to Company processes and policies.
  • Prioritize workflow.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Office administration experience: 2-years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Excellent time-management and computer skills
  • Construction Industry experience a plus
  • Experience working in Manufacturing/ Production a plus
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
