Infinity Natural Resourcesis currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time onsite position based out of our office location in Houston, TX.
What You Will Be Doing:
Reception Duties: Greet visitors professionally, monitor office access, and maintain office security. Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and deliver messages accurately.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including coordination of travel arrangements and calendars, creation of documents and presentations, data entry, expense reporting, scanning, and filing.
Office Management: Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and mail distribution. Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment. Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain conference room schedules, and facilitate catering requests.
Facilities Management: Maintain office cleanliness, including reception areas, conference rooms, and kitchen areas. Liaise with property management and vendors to address maintenance needs.
Your Background:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Current Notary Public preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
