Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years proven sales experience in the industry (OSR I)
- 5+ years proven sales experience in the industry (OSR II)

- Motivation and Inspiration for Sales Growth and Development
- Demonstrated ability to meet established sales goals
- Working knowledge of specific product(s) to be sold

- Good Interpersonal, Time Management, and Presentation Skills
- Daily and or Weekly travel visits to existing and potential customer sites is required
- Attendance at a variety of business meetings is required throughout the year
