Job Summary


Are you ready to take your career to the next level? If so, a leading agency is seeking a Private Client Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll manage high-net-worth individuals' insurance needs, providing personalized service and strategic risk management solutions. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive risk assessment.


 


Responsibilities


  • Service existing accounts by handling renewals, certifications, and general client servicing needs.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Quote and manage new and renewal business, leveraging market knowledge and client-specific needs to provide competitive solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.

  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, coverage enhancements, and pricing for clients.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to advise clients effectively and maintain compliance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying risk exposures and recommending appropriate coverage enhancements or risk management strategies.

  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, policy summaries, and coverage comparisons to clients during renewal and new business processes.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation, maintaining organized client files and records.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and contribute to team success in serving private client needs effectively.

 


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively based on volume, urgency, and deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to analyze complex insurance needs and provide solutions.

  • Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

  • Preferred Agency Management System Experience: Sagitta, ImageRight

  • 3+ years of related experience in Private Client/High Net Worth Client Services preferred.

  • Previous experience working with HNW carriers (such as Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, AIG, etc.) is required.

  • Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
