Construction Project Accountant/Billing Specialist

 
Desired Education: Bachelor of Science
Desired Computer skills: MS Office Suite with EXCEL, Quickbooks, SAGE, or other ERP

Duties:

• Set up Projects and budgets
• Billing/invoicing of Projects accounts
• Running sales reports
• Submitting Cost of Goods Report
• Cost accruing
• Submitting weekly and end of month/end of year reports
• Recording journal entries
• Importing Projects expenditures
• Aiding accountants in sales tax entries
• Coordinating with Accountant Receivable
• Submitting paperwork for COI’s
• Executing and notarizing lien waivers

 
Salary range: $70k-$75k
