HJ Staffing is a trusted provider of staffing solutions, offering temporary and direct placement services across various industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Cost Support Administrator to assist with project cost management and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Generate purchase requisitions and create detailed reports in QuickBooks.
Input service entries set up projects, and maintain WBS codes using SAP.
Prepare, process, and distribute daily invoices.
Track project accruals and develop reporting for cost leads.
Prepare monthly project summary reports using SAP and Excel.
Maintain project logs and expedited invoices, managing up to 50 daily.
Process vendor change orders and ensure proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in project cost management and invoicing.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
2+ years in an administrative or cost support role (Required).
