Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing trust with candidates and hiring managers.
