Job Description Summary


Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the Regional Office Administrator (ROA) assists the field management team with daily operations to reach branch and regional goals. The ROA performs a broad range of administrative activities for their own branch and guides the region’s BOAs in two core areas: Administrative Support and Compliance.


Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


 Administrative Support:



• Supports the Regional Director administratively and may assist the TOA with projects.


• Builds relationships with regional field offices and territory office and takes direction from the territory office and Regional Director.


• Handles operational and procedural administrative issues and provides guidance and resolution.


• Provides management with regional results reporting and scorecards.


• Facilitates interactions with the BOAs in their region and shares administrative best practices and procedures.


• Identifies BOA skill-gaps and addresses through training.


• Cascades communication from RD and/or the territory office to the branches and follows-up to ensure all communications are received and implemented.


• Manages branch and regional calendar of events and plans meetings, which may include sourcing and contract management.


• Establishes regional incentive programs.


• Assists with FSP management and regional budget.


• Provides temporary assistance to branches without a BOA.


• Participates in the selection process of new BOAs.


• Provides input on performance ratings for BOAs.


• Travels to branches and offsite meetings, as requested by Regional Director.


• Responsible for new BOA training in their region and follow up calls to BSM and Territory



 Compliance:



• Provides administrative support and tracking for all BSO and Cornerstone compliance training sessions.


• Provides reporting to management on sales essentials completion


• Ensures branch office follows proper procedures and protocols.


• Prepares branch for compliance audits.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook

  • Responsive to shifting needs and priorities with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, guiding, and training others.



Education and Experience:


Minimum Qualifications required to perform the role:


Education: High School Diploma     


Related Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years



Typical/Preferred Qualifications:


Education: Associate's Degree
