Momnt is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand the value of Momnt’s payment and lending solutions so they can grow their business.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be selling Momnt’s financial solution services to Home Improvement contractors to help them grow by providing customers the ability to choose a financial solutions payment plan. Using a consultative selling approach, you will dive deep into your accounts and uncover challenges to solve with our solutions. This is an individual contributor sales role with accountability for sales leadership of a defined geographic territory, Texas. 

Location: This role is remote from our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters but is required to reside in Texas.  This position does require travel to merchant sites, trade shows, and events.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and execute all sales activity for Momnt products within a defined territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to develop and execute a plan aligned with the sales goals in the assigned territory.
  • Function as a subject matter expert on Momnts products to orchestrate seamless execution of lead generation and account cultivation activities.
  • Develop pipeline by maintaining a high level of activity/outreach, directly and indirectly, deeply understanding the customer's goals and objectives, and analyzing where Momnt can add value.
  • Lead and participate in Momnt demos with prospective merchants, walking them through the enrollment process ending in merchant signing up for Momnt’s platform
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand the value of our payment and lending solutions so they can grow their practice
  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as client contact, respond to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience; support merchants to maximize loan volume.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and communicate weekly results and performance metrics as they relate to sales pipeline, sales activities, sales cycle time, regional market share, market penetration, wins and losses, etc. for both individual and team performance.
  • Monitor and provide structured feedback on market conditions, regulatory trends, competitive activities, win-loss lessons learned, targeted initiatives for growth, and with key target accounts or channel partners within the territory.
  • Collaborate with external partners and your assigned Merchant Success Representative to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies
  • Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance, and industry associations.
  • Organize and manage deal flow in the CRM (HubSpot). This includes maintaining proper records, activities, and reports/forms for accuracy and historical reference and will require a strong attention to detail
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

You’d be a good fit if:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with Sales Managers, Sales within contractors, Large HI contractors, their salespeople, and managers.
  • Finance industry experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and with a proven track record of success (top performer in your current role)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience (Hubspot preferred) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to work in a team environment and independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time with close attention to details
  • Knowledge of Payments, Lending, and/or SMB sales preferred
