Kounsel is looking for a dynamic and driven 100% Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will sell our credentialing services, as well as our healthcare services through our innovative app. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is eager to make an impact in the growing healthcare industry. It is a performance-driven role where your earnings are directly tied to the success of your sales efforts.

Job Type: Remote/Part-Time/Full-Time/Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential healthcare professionals, practices, and organizations that require credentialing services (Insurance, CAQH, NPI).

  • Identify and target potential clients that need healthcare services through our user-friendly app.

  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales effectively.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

  • Conduct product demos and provide consultations on the benefits of our app and services.

  • Track sales activities and client communications in CRM.

  • Work independently to manage your pipeline and close deals.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Compensation:

This is a full-commission role (10-15% of each sale), meaning your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance. There is no cap on earning potential, and the more you sell, the more you earn.



Requirements


  • 3+ years of proven experience in commission-based sales is required, preferably in the health industry (insurance and hospital).

  • A solid understanding of healthcare credentialing services (Insurance, CAQH, NPI) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.

  • A passion for sales and achieving results.
