Overview: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, engage with key industry players, and expand market share for an innovative portfolio of products in the oil and gas sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, a proven ability to build lasting client relationships, and the expertise to navigate the complex needs of the completions and production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the direct sales efforts of the company's product portfolio within the southern region of North America.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oil and gas operators and service companies within the completions and production sectors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in the market.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to closing deals and overseeing successful delivery of products.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customers’ needs are met with tailored solutions.

  • Travel up to 35% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee product deployments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience within the oil and gas sector, with proven expertise in completion technologies and working with major operators.

  • Strong understanding of the operational needs of the oil and gas industry, particularly in completions, production, and proppant applications.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for developing client relationships and offering value-added solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility to thrive in an evolving environment that values adaptability and creative problem-solving.

  • Ability to travel up to 35%, primarily within the designated region.

Physical & Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Ability to position self to install equipment, including under desks.

  • Movement throughout the building to access files as needed.

  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.

  • Ability to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.

  • Must use discretion and independent judgment as needed.

  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and with coworkers.
