We are looking for a very professional, articulate, high-producing, high-energy, determined, and outgoing seasoned sales professional who can connect easily with people and share our story, via telephone and in-person locally and build a book of business. 
 
Income can range from $60,000 to $120,000 annually working remotely from home and attending some local in-person networking events. Compensation comes in the form of referral fees from the sales professional’s book of business. Commissions from prospects that use FGP Home services after a few years can reach over $200,000 annually. 
 
We offer a unique form of partnership for successful real estate agents to refer clients to use our handyman and contracting services. Our sales professional must build and maintain relationships with real estate agents in our target markets of business. 
 
A successful candidate for this job position would be involved in directly calling those whom we identify as a “High-Value Target.” The goal is to create and maintain a book of business and be the start of our sales pipeline to bring in client referrals. That’s it. If you can get a lot of meetings with “High-Value Targets,” the income potential is significant and the opportunity for advancement is clear. 
 
Our Ideal Candidate: 
 
Our ideal candidate is a polished professional who has experience in brand representation and cold calling, and who enjoys calling people directly and introducing themselves without a prior introduction. Someone who connects easily with people and can secure referrals with their book of business. They also must be proficient in networking with entrepreneurs and attending events. 
 
The type of person we are looking to hire for this position has a strong ego, they are very confident and are not intimidated by successful people. These individuals are also persistent, able to speak their minds, and are driven to be successful in the tasks they set out to do. However, we also need these individuals to be willing and able to take direct and pointed coaching and have self-management skills.

Position Requirements: 
 
  • High Energy and Dedicated Work Ethic 
  • Cold Calling – Warm Calling -Outside Sales Experience or High Value Inside Sales Experience required 
  • Face-to-face networking events 
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Able to have conversations with confidence with powerful/successful/willful people 
  • High-Speed internet and a quiet professional space to work 
  • Laptop / Computer with working web-cam (telecommute) 
  • Work from Home Office 
  • Researching prospects to identify “High-Value Targets” and directly contacting them to set appointments -repeat
