This role will involve the architect, plan, design, and implement technology delivery processes, including change management, disaster recovery, issue management, and version control. The senior role is expected to expand skills beyond Oracle, applying business acumen and technical knowledge to support a range of business areas and applications. Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and resolving issues promptly. Engage with all levels of the organization, from technical staff to executive leadership, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful communication.
