Sales Representative - Own the Full Sales Cycle and Drive Business Growth for Packwise,
As a Sales Representative at Packwise, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales processβfrom lead generation to closing deals. You will have the opportunity to represent our brand both virtually and in-person, cultivating relationships with corporate clients and small to mid-sized businesses. Your role will include guiding potential customers through the sales journey, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation all the way through to closing the deal.
- Represent Packwise in both virtual and in-person meetings, showcasing our solution and persuading
- potential customers to choose us.
- Guide corporate clients and small to mid-sized businesses through the sales process, leading contract negotiations and ensuring a smooth handover to the account management team.
- Research potential customers and identify their needs to tailor your approach effectively.
- Initiate contact with new leads through a variety of channels, including emails, phone calls, and social media.
- Qualify leads by evaluating their buying potential, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed your targets.
- Keep customer information up-to-date and log interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Be responsible for meeting sales goals and regularly reporting on your progress to the management team.
- Represent Packwise at trade shows and events, helping to generate leads, promote our brand, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Help to establish Packwise Inc. as the leader in the North American market

- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners, always maintaining a professional yet engaging demeanor. Negotiation skills and the confidence to handle challenging discussions.
- A degree in business or a related field (Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Operations management).
