Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott LLP (PBFCM) has an immediate opening for a Special District Report Writer in our Houston office.

Essential Job Functions:
- Report activity log of reports created previously, creating reports for upcoming meetings, running rolls, preparing attorneys' packet for meetings, when needed.
- Maintain and update calendars for meeting dates and report deadlines.
- Correspond daily via email and phone with clients, taxpayers, tax office, general counsel consultants, and Board members.
- Maintain and update our Access database system.
- Meet daily and weekly deadlines on assigned report.
- Additional clerical or administrative duties, as needed or assigned.
Experience Requirement:
- At least one (1) year experience in an office setting
- Experience working in a collection law firm (Preferred)
- Three (3) years of professional work experience (Preferred)
Education Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications and/or College Degree (Preferred)

Physical Demands:
