We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Volunteer Coordinator Director position in the Houston area.
Job Description:
The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be responsible for recruiting and training Volunteer Coordinators in each Harbor/Beacon office. The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be a resource for all Volunteer Coordinators for education, support and compliance.
Qualifications:
Must have 2 to 3 years of management experience
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
Preferred experience working in the health care field as a Volunteer
Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation (mandatory)
Must have a warm people-oriented personality
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background and drug screen
