Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Handle warehouse employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
Manage attendance, training, and performance evaluation.
Provide recommendations on salary structure and team motivation strategies.
Business Support:
Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost control.
Oversee daily supplier management and procurement of fixed assets.
Support the Warehouse Manager in handling operational matters and external coordination.
Compliance Management:
Maintain corporate records and oversee contract signing.
Ensure compliance with labor insurance, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain financial records, including warehouse financial transactions and business cash flow logs.
