360° Staffing Sales Recruiter - Commission

We are looking for a full-time commissioned selling market recruiter to join our team, preferably with full desk experience in staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in volume and/or scattered site recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Negotiate and close job offers
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Track and report on sales and recruiting metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
