Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for, design site plans for paving, drainage, utilities, and access, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners for permitting and construction.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 
• PE or EIT with a path to obtain a PE
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Practical experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skill

Preferred Experience:

• Industrial site design
• Detailed site grading
• Hydraulic and hydrologic methods for small to medium sites
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and permitting

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engineered site designs, including paving, drainage, utilities, and access
• Prepare detailed plans for permitting and construction
• Collaborate with our in-house land development, architecture, structural, survey, project management, and construction personnel
• Coordinate with outside engineers and subcontractors
• Focus solely on Clay Development & Construction projects
