Job Description: Client Services Administrative Specialist
Job Definition:
The Client Services Administrative Specialist works with Service Coordinator, HOA Manager and Service Manager to assist in the scheduling of client service projects and service calls for our security, fire alarm and HOA clients.
Job Overview:
Support the Sales and Operations departments by fielding inbound calls, gathering accurate information and routing to the appropriate person for scheduling.
Preferred Skills
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls to the respective DSC department
Always be prepared to meet any project deadlines that are assigned
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
Work closely with the Operations Administrative support team on dispatching technicians
Maintain an issues resolution log, escalating issues as appropriate
