Responsibilities:
Answer phones and book service calls for service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with advance conflict resolution skills
Have appointments organized everyday
Create service tickets and dispatch to techs
Contact customers to give ETA’s and confirm next day appointments when needed
Coordinate parts scheduling
Coordinate warranty installations and parts
Keep dispatch schedule up to date at all times (manual & electronic)
Create and distribute proper WO#’s to techs, jobs and parts
Ensuring all technicians get the parts and tools required to perform service
Assist with vendor quotes for bids
Pull completed jobs for invoicing
Create and keep up with service contracts
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of the Houston and surroundings areas
2 years of HVAC terminology and equipment
Reliable and adaptable
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Works well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to build rapport with customers
Able to keep up with “Peak season” demands
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software, applications, phone systems, etc…
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Commercial HVAC experience
Some QuickBooks knowledge
Forklift experience is a plus!
