Job Responsibilities
· Management of project’s contractor and construction process
· Construction Coordination and Scope management
· Develop and review construction schedules and cost estimates
· Assist with developing and reviewing change orders
· Conduct site inspections and reporting to verify construction quality and contract conformance
· Develop and maintain construction progress reports
· Review contractor RFIs and submittals
· Oversee and coordinate with QA field inspectors and materials testing teams
· Contractor Submittal management and compliance
· Contractor’s adherence to construction documents
· Reoccurring site visits and logistics management
· Liaison between contractor, stakeholders and client
· Contractor Invoice review and approval
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management with focus on transportation infrastructure projects
· Knowledge of construction techniques, processes, materials and equipment used in transportation projects
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
