Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive development plans for the mobile factory, including timeliness, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of the deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Identify and procure all necessary equipment for the mobile factory deployment
  • Coordinate logistics to transport equipment to the deployment site efficiently and cost-effectively 
  • Select and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet quality standards and delivery timelines
  • Negotiate contracts and hold suppliers accountable for performance metrics
  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
  • Execute plant layout

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  Optional 12+ years of experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, specifically in large-scale construction, manufacturing deployments, or individual facility setups.
  • Proven experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
