We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with expertise in fluid control, valves, and actuation. Join our client's rapidly growing team as we expand our presence across North America!
Opportunity Overview
We're seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead our North American sales team, ideally based in Houston. This role offers the unique opportunity to initially drive growth in the oil and gas market before expanding into multiple sectors.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for North America.
- Lead and expand a team of up to 10 regional sales managers.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, including end-users, channel partners, and EPCs.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
What you will have:
- Experience in sales management, preferably in valve manufacturing or related industries.
- Could suit someone looking to take that next step in their career to drive a sales team.
- Proven track record in the oil and gas markets, able to expand into other sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of fluid control systems, valves, and actuation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
