Job Description: As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and track the status of service calls and technician locations.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and estimated arrival times.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure technicians have the necessary parts and equipment.
  • Handle emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Provide support to technicians in the field by troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the office equipment or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools such as excel, outlook, word and dispatch software systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Salary Description
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
