Digital marketing channels are key to the development and implementation of all marketing campaigns; rapidly evolving, providing new capabilities and greater insight into client engagement. The Corporate Digital Marketing team brings together all of our core digital marketing channels – corporate website, marketing automation, event management and social media - managing the channel strategy, product development and delivery.


The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be part of the Digital Channels Operations team which oversees the user management, platform and user governance, platform development, implementation of new functionality and features and operations across all channels with collaboration with the digital analytics and design teams.


Successful candidates must demonstrate relevant experience with the various digital marketing platforms, demonstrate a keen interest in the latest developments in digital marketing, must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and team skills.

The Role


The Digital Marketing Coordinator role requires hands-on work on the various operational processes and ongoing functional and technical improvements across all digital marketing platforms; enabling marketing users in implementing effective and engaging marketing campaigns.



  • Work with Digital Marketing leaders to review the pipeline of platform updates and assist in the launch of platform features and functionality

  • Field incoming requests and trouble-shoot issues reported from platform users and other corporate marketing teams and collaborate with the Corporate Digital team on the relevant course of action. Oversee assigned projects as they move through the pipeline to completion – helping to implement enhancements and fixes where applicable.

  • Assist with drafting requirements for new feature development

  • Ensure user governance with user adoption of best practices and training

  • Assist with QA processes including new feature testing, campaign testing and defect reviews

  • Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training for platform users

  • Manage license access for platform users

  • Assist with implementing privacy and compliance requirements

  • Review search engine optimization improvements as it relates to sitemap set-up, search console set-up, webmaster and site governance tools

  • Post social media content on the corporate social channels for enterprise wide campaigns

  • Perform administrative tasks related to platform maintenance

  • Serve as project manager as assigned for specific efforts; draft and clearly articulate project plans, roles, goals, and timelines
