Who we are looking for:


 


Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee various digital mediums and strategies to reach specific marketing goals. This position will be key in initiating and executing digital projects, as well as managing the digital content team. The Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, and multimedia savvy. Ultimately, they should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints, steer our organization's digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital campaigns.


 


Key Responsibilities:


              



  • Evaluate, plan, and implement digital content strategy including but not limited to social media, email marketing campaigns (internal & external), CRM management, website content, public relations, technology tools, digital trainings, and more

  • Oversee the Digital Content Team providing direction and guidance on projects, managing priorities, and overcoming obstacles



  • Identify and communicate key responsibilities to digital team members to help ensure a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve the desired business result

  • Responsible for executing digital campaigns and projects in alignment with department goals while working in collaboration with marketing team and internal/external stakeholders

  • Act as marketing lead for the migration from the current CRM (Salesforce) to new CRM (Surefire)

  • Assist with and oversee the development of CRM campaigns, CRM digital assets, and CRM customer journeys to aid in customer retention and acquisition

  • Research and monitor the latest digital tools and interactive trends to incorporate into our digital strategy

  • Oversee department technology tools and adoption within the sales field

  • Provide training on digital tools when needed to advise internal clients on marketing features and best practices

  • Audit and summarize data, trends and processes as it relates to marketing campaign execution including data-driven results reporting on all aspects of digital marketing


 


 


What you’ll need to be successful:


 



  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Strong strategic and project management skills

  • 5+ year in a management role with direct reports

  • Database marketing experience and knowledge of content management systems required

  • Experience implementing campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social, PR, CRM)



  • Possess a broad knowledge of digital best practices and emerging digital tools

  • Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints



  • Coordination and execution of brand marketing creative and clear understanding of the creative development process



  • Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Degree in Marketing Related Field preferred
