Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking to bring on a Director, Construction Management for a complex facilities management account for an oil & gas business partner in the energy market. This account is a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest and most prestigious oil companies. The position is based onsite in Houston, Texas and reports into the Senior Program Director, Construction Services.
The Director of Construction is a pivotal leadership role crucial for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and high-level stakeholder engagement to ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and high-level management skills to ensure that construction projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Director of Construction must exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, profound knowledge of the construction processes, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple priorities simultaneously while leading and developing their team.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
