Dispatcher

FINE Airport Parking is hiring Dispatchers at our Houston, IAH location. Come join our family atmosphere and help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.

Our Dispatchers ensure quick pick-up times and the most efficient rotation of shuttles so our customers can get to the airport on time and home as quickly as possible. Understanding the flow of traffic at our facility, dispatchers have great potential to expand their role and continue to grow in the parking industry. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions with daytime and overnight shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
• Primary point of contact between shuttle drivers, passengers, and management
• Provides clear and timely instructions to drivers regarding pick-up and drop-off locations, route changes, and other relevant information
• Informs guests where to park and notifies shuttle drivers for pick-up
• Responsible for shuttle rotation to ensure availability for pick-up and at airport terminals within 7-10 minute timeframe

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred previous relevant experience
• Project professionalism
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift over 50lbs, jog periodically, and stand for prolonged periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
