Reports To (Supervisor/Hiring Manager Title): COO – Assets

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: 100% Onsite

Position Overview/Job Description: In this position, you will coordinate, schedule and manage local drivers running a specific piece of dedicated business. This position is domiciled in Houston, TX alongside the customer team for our dedicated account. The fleet runs within Florida. The role will be to stabilize and then maximize the performance of our current fleet so we can expand into other markets with the same business in different cities. 

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage company owned assets and drivers to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for our customers 
• Manage multiple shifts of drivers 24/7
• Collaborate with the local customer team in Houston to build out for success
• Maintain communication with the drivers and team on site

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of previous dispatch, Operations roles within transportation, preferably in the dedicated space
• Proven track record of developing and implementing a customer success plan
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to solve problems and adjust to changes on the fly

Education Requirements: High School Diploma required; higher education experience is preferred.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $60,000
