We seek a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. Working with a partner teacher, this role involves planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for children. Teachers also collaborate with parents to support each child's overall growth—physical, social, emotional, and cognitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster independence, creativity, and problem-solving in young learners.
- Provide warm, responsive care tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain strong, open communication with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate professionally with co-workers and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Degree or certification in early childhood education or related field (experience may substitute for a degree in some cases).
- Familiarity with Texas Minimum Standards and NAEYC Accreditation Criteria.
- Passion for working with children and a warm, nurturing teaching style.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
